Our employees are subject to the obligation to maintain confidentiality of the Data Protection Act. Even the bare fact of an exchange of messages having taken place is subject to the obligation to maintain confidentiality. Routing and domain information must and may be passed on, however. The customer gives his consent to Zaruba Ges.m.b.H. for using, storing, processing and updating all personal data needed for executing the orders, delivering the goods and rendering services as well as processing the payment (in case of purchase on account also for the necessary auditing), accounting and the customer documentation. More information about the manner, extent, place and purpose of the recording, processing and use of the required personal data by Zaruba Ges.m.b.H. for the executing of orders, the registration for the e-mail communication service and the conveyance of an online review is available in the declaration of data protection. Customer data is not passed on to third parties, unless this is absolutely necessary for executing the contract (our partner companies also comply with the Data Protection Act).
